The Harris County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation provides and finances cultural education facilities to promote improved health, education, and welfare of residents. The Harris County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation is authorized under Chapter 337 of the Texas Local Government Code and was created through an approved court order during the January 8, 1991, meeting of the Harris County Commissioners Court.
