Background and Discussion:
Harris County entered into agreements with DEC to perform various Engineering Services. DE Corp now desires to assign the agreements to Gannett Fleming, Inc. per November 5, 2024 notice.
Expected Impact:
Approval would enable HCTRA to continue services provided under the existing agreement.
