Background and Discussion:
Project includes mowing services of ditches and esplanades for a variety of locations throughout Precinct 3. The Precinct has requested that new roads to be added and roads to be omitted. This change order allows the Contractor to be compensated for work already completed.
The additional work in the change request includes:
• PCO-2: 30 Additional Days added to contract
• PCO-3: Final Adjustments = $11,925.60
Expected Impact:
Change allows Contractor to complete the required work within the Precinct 3 limit.
