Background and Discussion:
Project includes construction of underground utilities and 4 lane asphalt pavements on Clay Road and 4 lane concrete pavements on Porter Road plus a new signal at the intersection.
Change Includes
• Additional Detour quantities for Porter Road
• Stabilized construction access payment
• Additional temporary Commercial Driveways
• Additional work surrounding Ventana Ridge Drive that was not shown on the original plans
• Concrete collars for RCB and RCP due to utility conflicts
• Added quantity to pay for overruns of existing bid items
Expected Impact:
Changes allow for compensation for the additional work performed and adequate time to perform these additional tasks.
