Background and Discussion:
To revise the Performances Statements throughout the Planning and Infrastructure Programs by adding twelve (12) planning studies and three (3) infrastructure projects.

To increase resilience to disasters and reduce the long-term risk of life, injury, damage to and loss of property, and suffering and hardship, by lessening the impact of future disasters.
