Background and Discussion:
The project seeks to reduce flooding and strengthen resiliency in Harris County by assisting in the alleviation of structural flood damage to homes in the Timberlake Estates subdivision. This LONO allows Harris County to construct in the vicinity of Gulf South Pipeline Company, LLC’s Right of Way.
Expected Impact:
Allows for Construction to be executed within Gulf South Pipeline Company, LLC right of way (“Right of Way”).

If action is not taken, the Pipeline Company could stop work without executed agreement, and delay start of construction.
