Background and Discussion:
The construction of the sidewalk will improve pedestrian safety in the area, particularly around the middle school off Fairfield Place Drive. This project consists of designing and construction of 5' sidewalks within MUD 397. The MUD will design and obtain permits for the sidewalk. The County will utilize the County's contractor to construct the sidewalk.

This project will improve pedestrian safety in the area, particularly around the middle school off Fairfield Place Drive.
