Background and Discussion:
The pavement marking services are required for a wide array of HCTRA projects throughout the Harris County system. The maintenance of existing and additional roadway pavement markings is vital for roadway construction projects.
Expected Impact:
This award will allow HCTRA to utilize services for pavement markers, markings and related items to be used though out the system.
Alternative Options:
Without this service, HCTRA will not be able to appropriately complete projects that utilize pavement parking services. There is no other recommended solution for this identified need.
