Background and Discussion:
Transmittal by the Office of the Purchasing Agent of an extension with Asana Integrated Medical Group, P.C./American Well Corporation for the telepsychiatry services utilized by CSCD’s Dual Diagnosis Program (DDRP) clients for the extended period of February 1, 2025 - July 31, 2025. The Modification of Contract extends CSCD’s contract with Asana/American Well for six (6) months.
