Background and Discussion:
This project consists of removal and replacement of the existing roadway pavement along Telge Road, from
Moray View Drive to Wyman Gordon Driveway located in Harris County Precinct 3.
This change in contracts includes Cost of overrun and underrun of bid items based on the actual quantities of materials furnished and installed on the jobsite. ($40,030.75 - 0 days).
Expected Impact:
Change allows unused funds to be returned to Harris County and allows the Contractor to be compensated.
