Background and Discussion:
Averhealth will continue to provide drug testing kits, collection cups, specimen collection, and the screening and confirmation of urine samples for the Community Supervision & Corrections Department (CSCD) for the period of February 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026. CSCD will be utilizing its existing State funding to pay for the services. In addition, for the upcoming term it was determined that the funding would need to be increased as a second amendment to agreement 22/0209
