Background and Discussion:
Vendor will construct twenty-four (24) single-family townhomes in six (6) separate buildings on finished lots that are owned by Harris County for Housing and Community Development - Single Family New Construction Program.
Expected Impact:
The constructed twenty-four (24) single-family townhomes to be sold to eligible applicants that meet the low to moder income (LMI) requirements.
Alternative Options:
Without a contractor, the homes would not be built, and we would not meet the General Land Office deadlines.
