Background and Discussion:
This project is part of the call for projects applications in 2023. The trail will include a seating area, landscaping, lighting, and signage.
Expected Impact:
This project will provide equal access to people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds with safe and inexpensive spaces for outdoor recreation and commuting, as well as improve the appearance from Chimney Rock to Hillcroft Avenue
Alternative Options:
Court may elect to not move forward, and Harris County can explore additional options, however this will cause project delays.
