Background and Discussion:
The Leonel Castillo Park - Site Upgrades includes construction of sidewalk, installing a curb ramp and grading of the playground surroundings to make it accessible from close by bike parking station and community center.
Due to unclear plans necessitating modifications and additional work requested by Precinct, the contractor experienced delay to the project completion - 15 Days.
This change in contract also includes the final reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction against the bid quantities. Total = - ($6,856.30)
Expected Impact:
This action allows for unused funds to be returned to Harris County.
