On January 10, 2023, Commissioners Court adopted Harris County’s Climate Action Plan (CAP) for Internal Operations. The second annual report includes the greenhouse gas emissions inventory for CY2023, highlights implementation successes, provides overall implementation progress from through December 2024, and includes 2025 CAP priorities for implementation.
