Background and Discussion:
Sale of a 10’ to 30’ wide aerial easement to CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC will allow for maintenance of distribution facilities across a portion of Spring Creek. Sales of the electric easements will also allow CenterPoint Energy to place powerlines within Harris County and Harris County Flood Control District right of way.
Expected Impact:
This proposal would allow for the residential development of a master planned community of Breckenridge Forest which would add significantly to the Harris County tax base.
