Harris County Office of the County Engineer (OCE) manages the planning, design and construction of public infrastructure projects. OCE utilizes professional services providers for design and construction management services. In the past, OCE used a registered vendor pool to identify qualified consultants. Based on a 2024 audit recommendation and to adhere to the best practices; Harris County advertised Request for Qualifications for vendors.
