Background and Discussion:

The overall goal of this program is to increase effective enforcement and adjudication of traffic safety-related laws to reduce fatal and serious injury crashes and increase occupant restraint use in all passenger vehicles and trucks. The grant period for this award is May 15, 2026, through June 3, 2026.
