Background and Discussion:
The professional services contract was originally executed on February 27, 2018, with GC Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $465,835. Five amendments were made to the contract with the last amendment being on October 18, 2022, in the amount of $16,551. This project has been mutually agreed upon for termination. An amount of $63,140.90 in unexpended funds will be returned to the County as part of the termination of the agreement.
