Interlocal Agreement between Harris County Resources for Children and Adults - Community Youth Services
(CYS) Program. The CYS program provides voluntary direct services and referral linkage to youth and families
who are in crisis. The Harris County Juvenile Probation Department reimburses Harris County Resources for
50% of the cost of each position.
