Background and Discussion:
A public hearing, as required by Section 152.905 of the Local Government Code, was held by the district court judges before setting the amount of annual compensation of the Court Reporters. The Board of District Judges met on August 29, 2024 and signed an Order setting the salary for the court reporters for the fiscal year period ending September 30, 2025. The certified copy of the foregoing document is being transmitted to Commissioners Court for information.
