Background and Discussion:

North Buffalo Bayou Central Plant is located at 1207 Baker Street and provides surrounding Harris County facilities with electrical and hot /cold chilled water support. This change in contract entails the need for additional chill and hot water piping, heat exchanger reconfiguration, and control modifications to provide additional pressure/ flow for plant loop efficiency. 

 

Original Budget: $1,588,623.00

Original Contract: $732,181.00

Change Order 1: $28,776.00

Change Order 2: $207,925.00
