Background and Discussion:

A new term contract is needed to find a qualified vendor to provide depository, outsourced disbursement/integrated payables, and escrow services for the Harris County District Attorney’s Office (HCDAO). The new term contract will be setup for twenty-four (24) consecutive months with one (1) additional two-year options to renew.

Expected Impact:

During law enforcement operations, Harris County seizes property that is believed to be connected to criminal

activity. The goal of this asset forfeiture is to disrupt criminal enterprises and deprive criminals of the proceeds

of their illegal activity. The County seeks services from a new banking institution to hold certain of these assets.
