Background and Discussion:
Project includes the construction of the East Aldine Town Center Bethany Lane extension and overflow parking lot. Change includes overrunning existing pay items for additional work requested by East Aldine Management District and adding new pay items of work to the contract for additional work requested by the East Aldine Management District and adding 87 days for this added work and for light fixture manufacturing delays.
Expected Impact:
Change allows for the completion of the projects as requested by the East Aldine Management District.
