Background and Discussion:

Request approval of a new term contract for Janitorial Services for Various Locations for Harris County Precinct 3.  The services were previously approved and awarded under Job No. 170021.  This contract expired and a new open solicitation was advertised for the rebid of Janitorial Services for Precinct 3.  The new term contract will be for the first initial year with four (4) one-year options to renewal.

 

Expected Impact:

The approval of the award allows Precinct 3 to continue receiving janitorial services for designated locations and facilities. Precinct 3 in conjunction with Harris County Purchasing, has solicited bids that best meets the specifications and requirements in accordance with the Harris County Purchasing Office’s Procurement Policy.
