Background and Discussion:
Royal American provides full/partial replacements, patches, repairs of all roofs, exterior window replacements, all exterior water sealants and any related items throughout Harris County. They also provide a 24/7 on-call service to waterproof any county facilities that have been compromised by storms or any other unforeseen emergencies. DEEO has reviewed the current participation on the contract and has not objection to the renewal of the contract. The Secondary vendor, LMC has not been utilized.
