Harris County Housing and Community Development (HCD) Executive Director will provide a brief presentation summarizing current project progress and an outlook of what to expect as HCD approaches close out of all projects within the CDBG-DR program. The attached report also contains detailed data points on the status of various programs operating under the Disaster Recovery Harvey Grant award by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, by way of the Texas General Land Office.
