Background and Discussion:
This item is confirming process for moving eligible General Fund expenses on to American Rescue Plan Act funds to provide support to general fund needs as directed by Commissioners Court. OMB has worked with OCA and compliance partners, to identify eligible labor expenses in the general fund to move to ARPA. OMB will work with relevant offices to complete the transaction to move the expenses from the general fund, onto ARPA and transfer the corresponding budget into the budget reserves.
