Background and Discussion:
On May 21, 2026, the Board of District Judges met and approved the County Auditor’s request for an Amendment to and supplementation of the Auditor’s 2025-2026 fiscal year budget. Pursuant to Texas Local Government Code §152.031, the District Clerk’s Office was requested by the Board of District Judges to file a copy of the Order in special minutes and forward a certified copy of the order to Commissioners Court.
