Background and Discussion:
The professional services contract was originally executed on 9/14/2021 with Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. in the amount of $1,099,650.30. No amendments were made to the contract. This project has been mutually agreed upon for termination. An amount of $450,711.03 in unexpended funds will be returned to the County as part of the termination of the agreement.
