Background and Discussion:
The project involves the design and construction of the proposed expansion of Cypress North Houston from Jones Rd to Perry Rd to result in a four-lane concrete boulevard. The project includes storm drain and sidewalks and detention basin mitigation and traffic signals at Perry Road, Autumn Mill Drive, and Misty Moss Lane.
