Background and Discussion:
This easement dedication is part of an interlocal agreement with City of Houston to exchange City of Houston drainage channels with Flood Control District storm Sewers. The exchange of assets will facilitate more efficient long-term maintenance for both entities.
The wrong type of property interest was inadvertently conveyed to the Grantee. In order to correct this action, a correction warranty deed prepared by the CAO must be executed by the County Judge.
