Background and Discussion:
The County wishes to execute and agreement with Lockwood Andrews & Newnam, Inc. to conduct study and design of improvements to Homestead Road. The improvements will include approximately 8,600 linear feet of 6-foot-wide sidewalks from Mary Francis Drive to Old Humble Road.
