Expecting 60 guests. Setup begins at 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm on 10/23/2026 with breakdown by 8:00 am on 10/24/2026. Property use will be the Bay Area Park overnight along with the sidewalks, parking lot, and grassy areas. Gates will be closed to the public at 10:00 pm on 10/23/2026 and will reopen at 7:00 am on 10/24/2026. Each team of 10 people is $250 each. Portable generator lights, canopies, tents, trailers, propane for portable grills, will be present. The CCISD Veterans Relay Run is a non-profit event that raises funds for the Red, White and Blue Veteran’s Organization.
