Background and Discussion:
This agreement is to provide continued technical support for BOS Integrated Workplace Management Software and ongoing support/maintenance.
Expected Impact:
This agreement is essential to maintaining the integrity of the IWMS data to provide accurate and up-to-date metrics to department heads. Current and future projects will fulfill the County’s expectations for better metrics and will enhance BOS’ business processes to provide high quality services to all Harris County Facilities.
