Background and Discussion:
On June 11, 2026, Harris County Commissioners Court approved the PY26 Annual Plan for Entitlement funds, which included a global project that is supported by the above referenced Infrastructure Investments project activities.
Expected Impact:
To provide funding for Infrastructure Investments project activities that meet the needs of low- and moderate- income residents in Harris County. The anticipated fiscal impact on the County of the six agreements is $4,793,572.00 in CDBG-EN funds.
Alternative Options:
If the agreements are not approved, then the low-and moderate-income households in the Harris County Service areas will not benefit from the respective infrastructure investments project activities.
