Background and Discussion:
RG Miller Engineers is pursuing construction of West Little York Rd, which will extend through SH 99 Grand Parkway right-of-way to Stockdick School Rd. In order to complete acquisition of TxDOT construction permit, we are required to obtain additional access denial line break for SH 99. TxDOT has requested that the limits of West Little York be recorded as road easements in order to proceed with the access denial line break.
Expected Impact:
Completion of West Little York aligns with Harris County's major thoroughfare plan and will provide additional east/west access across SH 99 Grand Parkway for efficient transportation to the communities in West Harris County.
