Background and Discussion:

Adding additional funds to the contract for Construction Management Services for AGCM Inc. These Construction Management Services are for the Affordable Rental Program using 2017 CDBG-DR Funds. AGCM assists the Affordable Rental Program team in monitoring the construction of the Affordable Rental Program Projects.

AGCM was awarded the contract for Construction Management Services and have been providing these services to the Affordable Rental Program team. Multiple projects had to extend their construction time and this has caused a need to allow for additional funds to be used to keep these services.

Expected Impact:

This will allow AGCM to complete the CDBG-DR Affordable Rental Construction Management work needed to ensure reimbursement from GLO.
