Background and Discussion:
Precinct 1 intends to complete a surface parking lot north of the Precinct 1 complex. The project is to convert existing railway and adjacent ROW for the construction of a parking lot located at 2787 El Camino St, Houston, TX 77054
Expected Impact:
Approval of this request will enable the construction of a new parking lot, increasing on-site parking capacity by 148 spaces, thereby improving operational functionality, circulation, and accessibility at the Precinct 1 facility. The additional parking will support current and future staffing levels, fleet needs, and daily operations, reduce congestion and improve overall site efficiency.
