Background and Discussion:
The project consists of construction of approximately 6,000 LF of concrete trail in Pine Brook Basin in Harris County Precinct 2. The awarded contract amount was $487,173.00. Construction was completed in 2024.
Work has been completed in accordance with Harris County standards and specifications. This change in contract allows processing of final pay estimate and close out the project.
