Background and Discussion:
This project generally seeks to reduce flooding and strengthen resilience in Harris County by assisting in the alleviation of structural flood damage to homes in the Houmont Park Subdivision.
Expected Impact:
This utility agreement specifically will allow Harris County to construct a road repaving of Redbird Ln to match current existing elevation in Houmont Park Subdivision. No impact on project schedule or staffing anticipated.

Re-design options were already evaluated during the study and design phases, and re-evaluating them again at this stage is not feasible given the project cost and schedule.
