Background and Discussion:

Morton Ranch Road, from Walliamette Way Drive to Raintree Village Court, is a 4-lane, median-divided concrete roadway without sidewalks on the North and South sides of the road.  This project will add sidewalk to both sides of the road for increased pedestrian safety.

Expected Impact:

The improvements will ensure a reliable and safe route of pedestrian access along Morton Ranch Road, from Walliamette Way Drive to Raintree Village Court.

Alternative Options:

The court may elect not to execute the Encroachment Agreement, and HCED can explore additional options. However, this decision may result in the project not being constructed as engineered, leading to potential project delays.
