Background and Discussion:
On July 20, 2021, Harris County approved a contract with Precision Task Group, Inc. to implement a 3-1-1
constituent relationship management solution. Harris County Universal Services is now requesting approval of
the twelfth amendment to extend the current term through November 30, 2027 and add additional funds in the amount of seven hundred and ninety thousand two hundred and fifty ($790,250) dollars.
