Background and Discussion:
Construction of a new water distribution system to serve Parkwood Estates Phase 4 (Surles Drive, Olana Drive, and McDermott Drive) and service connections to eligible residents. Project is one phase of a multi-phase program that builds upon previous phases to bring public water to areas where residents use water wells, which are shallow and contamination prone.
