Background and Discussion:
Bridgeland is a forthcoming master-planned community in Cypress, Texas, located in unincorporated Harris County. The Trail, outlined in Bridgeland's Land Plan, will generally follow the CenterPoint easement, approximately 8 feet wide, with alignment adjustments made if needed for transmission lines. The proposed CenterPoint Trail will link the planned Creekland Village and Prairieland Village.

Expected Impact:

This project will provide multi-modal and active transportation connections in the Bridgeland community. It will also provide enhanced bike/ped connectivity from Bridgeland to John Paul Landing Park, improved drainage and environmental benefits to the region.
