Background and Discussion:
The ESSER III grant program ends September 30, 2024. The department anticipates expending all of the grant funds prior to September. The 11 positions in the ESSER III grant program need to be reclassified to other funding sources.
Expected Impact:
Employees in these positions may continue to serve students in the charter school.
Alternative Options:
Without reclassifying these positions, instructional and student support services will be eliminated.
