Background and Discussion:
Transmittal by the Office of the Purchasing Agent of an extension with Sentinel Offender Services, LLC for electronic monitoring equipment and services for the Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD) for the extended period of January 1, 2025-August 31, 2025. The Modification of Contract extends CSCD’s contract of Sentinel Offender Holdings, LLC for eight (8) months. CSCD will be utilizing its existing state funding to pay for the services.

The extended contract allows Sentinel Offender Holdings, LLC to continue to provide its services to CSCD clients.
