Background and Discussion:
The project will develop the vision for the Hardy Toll Road, airport connector and Elysian Viaduct and recommend near term improvements. The selected firm will be responsible for developing the vision of the tollway and provide planning and design services to implement the near-term projects (including but not limited to placemaking, branding and safety and accessibility improvements).

Funding for this request will come from the Toll Road Authority.
