Request by the Office of the Purchasing Agent that the County Judge execute an amendment to an agreement and a interlocal renewal option with The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD to replace Attachment A and update the billing terms of the agreement for comprehensive mental health services for the TRIAD Prevention Program for Resources for Children and Adults for the period of October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2026, with no increase in the total contract amount.

Background and Discussion:
Harris County Resources for Children and Adults is requesting the first amendment and third of fourth (4) renewal options for the intra-local agreement with the Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD.
Expected Impact:
Continue to provide outpatient therapy services to at-risk youth and their families to divert
them from the juvenile justice and child welfare systems.
Alternative Options:
At-risk families with limited resources would have few options to access these services in
the community.
