Background and Discussion:
The project is to construct a two span, signature pedestrian bridge with parapet panel over West Canal (owned by Coastal Water Authority) at Aqueduct Road to provide the pedestrian, hike and bike connection between Deussen Park and Eisenhower Park as part of the park trail system. The pedestrian bridge project is part of Deussen and Eisenhower Park Improvement project.
Expected Impact:
This project provides the safe and convenient connection for both cyclist and pedestrian between two parks.

If no action is taken, the engineer of record will not be accessible for support through the construction of the project.
